From 1 December 2018, HillMed Health have opted on to the reduced fees initiative, available to our Community Card Holders and their dependents.
Many of our services are provided through Government Funding - including Maternity care and Sexual Health advice to the under 21's. If you have ongoing chronic health issues, there may be a Government subsidy that we can access to reduce the cost of your doctor consultation. Please ask your doctor if you qualify.
Our standard doctor appointment time is 15 minutes. However, if you have a complex health issue that requires a longer consultation, this can be arranged and will incur an additional cost. Please telephone our reception team who will advise you of the additional charge for an extended consultation and book this for you.
All Child Immunisations are carried out by our Registered Nurses. Please make a Clinic appointment for your child's immunisations.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please cancel at the earliest opportunity to make the appointment available for another patient. If you fail to keep your appointment without letting us know, or cancel within an hour of your appointment, we may charge a consultation fee.
