The Doctors QuayMed Britomart and Wynyard are OPEN for telephone and on-site consultations.
If you feel your problem can be dealt with in a phone consultation, please put “PHONE” and the reason for your consult when making an appointment. The doctor will then call you at that time.
Results & Repeat Prescriptions
If you need a repeat prescription or would like to find out your results, enrolled patients can view these via your ConnectMed login. If you do not yet have access to ConnectMed, please call the clinic, press option 2, and leave your details on the nurse's answerphone to be processed.
We are a designated COVID-19 testing site
Safe COVID-19 testing can take place in the Britomart drive through car park or in our externally accessed isolation room. You can email the practice to arrange a convenient COVID-19 test, either in our car park or in an isolation room, or speak to our nurse to arrange. If emailing, please include the following details in your email to ensure we are contacting the correct person:

- Your date of birth:
- Your phone number:
- Your address:
- Your current symptoms (incl. if there are no symptoms)
We need to know if you currently have any COVID-19 related symptoms, including a cough, cold, sore throat, runny nose, fever, etc, so that we can ensure we see and test you safely.

Monday to Friday: 9am – 5pm. Saturday: 9am – 1pm
Monday to Thursday: 9am – 5pm. Friday: 9am - 4pm
