The Doctors QuayMed Britomart and Wynyard are open for telephone consultations. The Doctor will call you at or near the scheduled appointment time.
Please note that our phones are very busy - if you have a general query regarding COVID-19 or are seeking advice, please call the COVID Healthline on 0800-358-5453.
If you have cold or flu-like symptoms (cough, sore throat, runny nose, fever, body aches, etc), you must phone reception to arrange to be triaged by one of our nurses. This helps us to ensure we can see you safely and maintain the health and safety of others. Phone (09) 919-2555 (option 3) to speak to a nurse.
If booking a phone consultation, please put “PHONE” and the reason for your consult when making an appointment. The doctor will then call you at or close to that scheduled time.
Please ensure you receive an email to confirm your appointment when booking via ConnectMed - this means your request was submitted and received.
Results & repeat prescriptions
Enrolled patients can view results and request repeat prescriptions via ConnectMed. If you need to update your contact settings (phone number, address, email), please call and speak to our reception team on (09) 919 2555 (option 1).
We are a designated COVID-19 testing and vaccination site
Appointments are required and you can make these on our website: quaymed.co.nz. Safe COVID-19 testing can take place in the Britomart drive through car park or in our externally accessed isolation room. Email [email protected] with the following details to arrange a nurse triage for testing:
